Previously, we spent time manually saving emails and tracking client correspondence. Now, everything is streamlined, and new team members are always amazed at how effortless it is compared to old filing systems.”

The system’s renewal list import function has also simplified policy management, while automated task tracking helps brokers stay on top of claims, debt, and other key responsibilities.
