Australian-based Insurance broker BOTT Insurance Group has successfully migrated to the JAVLN Platform, strengthening its investment in connected, cloud-based technology to streamline operations and enhance client service delivery.
The deployment builds on BOTT Insurance Group’s long-standing relationship with JAVLN, with the business already using JAVLN Officetech for document and task management.
By implementing the JAVLN Platform - the company’s next-generation broker operating system - and integrating it with JAVLN Officetech, BOTT Insurance Group is further connecting its broker management ecosystem. This is designed to drive efficiency and GWP growth, with features like single-entry, multi-insurer comparison, particularly around renewal portfolios.
This also marks a significant milestone, representing the first integration of JAVLN Platform with key insurance marketplaces via business automation platform Unmand. The integration enables brokers to connect with multiple marketplaces from within the platform, helping reduce manual steps in quoting and placement workflows.
JAVLN CEO David Leach said the implementation demonstrates the growing importance of connected technology in modern insurance broking.
"BOTT Insurance Group’s migration to the JAVLN Platform showcases the power of a connected broker ecosystem,” Leach said.
“By connecting broker management and marketplace connectivity together in one place, we’re helping brokers remove operational friction and focus more time on delivering advice and value to their clients.”
Leach said recent platform enhancements have been specifically designed to make everyday broker workflows faster and more intuitive.
“Our latest updates have focused on the tasks brokers perform every day, from faster searches to simpler claims entry and better batch control. These are about usability, consistency and stronger financial control, ultimately making brokers’ working day easier.”
BOTT Insurance Group Managing Director Cameron Bott said the move reflects the firm’s ongoing investment in technology to support servicing clients and ongoing growth.
“Migrating to the JAVLN Platform, aligning with our existing long-term partnership with JAVLN Officetech, is an important step for BOTT Insurance Group as we continue investing in technology designed to help us as insurance brokers support our clients and partners,” Bott said.
Unmand CEO and co-founder David Seal said the integration addresses long-standing inefficiencies in broker workflows.
“Using the latest automation and AI to connect brokers to all markets, this integration eliminates manual processing and enables a significantly more efficient and reliable way to place and manage business.” Seal said.
