Client Activity Summary automatically pulls together client interactions, documents, tasks and activities into a clear, concise briefing. With a single click, generate an editable summary document you can save, email or print for internal use or to share with clients. All within JAVLN Officetech, without switching between systems.

The AI generated document includes a list of all broker-client interactions taken place within a specific period of time, such as:

Inbound and outbound correspondence
Summary of quick notes and documents saved in the client folder
Tasks and key attributes
Time spent on client interactions

JAVLN Officetech 5 (OT5) is our desktop server solution, with current support continuing alongside regular security updates.

JAVLN Officetech 3 (OT3) will have limited support, and security updates will not be provided, after March 2026. If you’re still on OT3, now is a good time to talk to us about upgrading.
