OrganiseIT migration promotional offer terms and conditions
Promoter. The promotion is offered by JAVLN Pty Ltd (ABN 53 633 801 519) in Australia ("JAVLN"). And offered by JAVLN Limited (NZBN 9429030305397) in New Zealand.
Eligibility. The promotional pricing is available exclusively to existing customers of OrganiseIT who register to migrate to JAVLN Officetech by 11:59 pm AEST on 30 August 2026. The offer is not transferable and may not be combined with any other offer or discount unless agreed in writing by JAVLN.
How to register. Eligible customers must complete the registration form at javln.com/move-to-officetech by the closing date. Registration constitutes an expression of interest only. A binding agreement for the supply of JAVLN Officetech services will be entered into separately and is subject to execution of JAVLN's standard customer agreement contract.
Promotional pricing: what's included.
Migration and onboarding fee: Waived in full for customers who register by 30 August 2026 and proceed to migration.
Months 1–3 post go-live: Charged at the customer's current OrganiseIT subscription price (as at the date of registration), with no increase.
Months 4–12 post go-live: Charged at 75% of the then-current standard JAVLN Officetech pricing for the applicable plan.
From month 13 (August 2027) onwards: Standard JAVLN Officetech pricing applies. A 2-year contract from the date of signing.
OrganiseIT pricing from 1 September 2026. Customers who do not register under this promotion by 30 August 2026 will be subject to a price increase to their OrganiseIT subscription price from 1 September 2026. Customers who register under this promotion are not subject to this increase during months 1–3 of their migration pricing period.
OrganiseIT retirement. OrganiseIT will be discontinued and will no longer be supported from June 2027. JAVLN will provide written notice to customers at least 30 days prior to the final sunset.
Pricing. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) or New Zealand dollars (NZD) as applicable and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST or other applicable taxes will be added to the customer agreement contract.
Variation and withdrawal. JAVLN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time prior to the registration closing date of 30 August 2026, subject to any rights customers may have under applicable consumer law. JAVLN will not reduce the promotional pricing for customers who have already registered and entered into a binding agreement.
Privacy. Personal information collected through registration will be handled in accordance with JAVLN's Privacy Policy available at javln.com/privacy. In Australia, JAVLN complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). In New Zealand, JAVLN complies with the Privacy Act 2020.
Consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
Governing law. For Australian customers, these terms are governed by the laws of Victoria.. For New Zealand customers, these terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
