1. The promoter is JAVLN HOLDINGS LIMITED (ABN 59 649 022 640) of 668 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn East VIC 3123, Australia ("JAVLN").
2. Entry is open to attendees of the Steadfast Forum 2026 events in Melbourne (11 August), Brisbane (13 August), Sydney (18 August) and Perth (20 August) who are Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of JAVLN and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. To enter, eligible attendees must submit their name, company and contact details either at the JAVLN table at any of the Forum events or via the form at javln.com/steadfast-forums-2026 during the promotion period. One entry per person. No purchase is necessary.
4. The promotion period opens at 9:00am on 6th August 2026 and closes at 5.00pm AWST on Thursday 20 August 2026.
5. There is one prize: a $250 AUD Prezzee eGift card. The Prezzee card is subject to Prezzee's own terms of use and expiry conditions.
6. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries across the four events within two business days of the Perth Forum, at JAVLN's offices. The winner will be notified by email or phone within five business days of the draw and the prize delivered electronically to the email address provided.
7. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, or is ineligible, JAVLN may redraw and award the prize to another valid entry.
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. By entering, you consent to JAVLN posting your name and company on LinkedIn and collecting your details and contacting you about JAVLN products and services. 10. JAVLN's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. JAVLN may amend these terms or cancel the promotion if required by law or circumstances beyond its control.
