JAVLN Officetech customer referral programme - terms and conditions
Programme Overview
JAVLN Officetech ("JAVLN," "we," "us," or "our") is offering a customer referral programme ("Programme") where existing customers ("Referrers") can refer new customers ("Referees") to JAVLN Officetech.
Successful referrals will result in both the Referrer and the Referee receiving a 10% discount on the standard monthly base subscription fees for Starter and Standard JAVLN Officetech plans, excluding onboarding and fees, additional users and data migration, for a period of 12 months.
Eligibility
Referrer Eligibility:
Must be a current, active JAVLN Officetech customer.
Must not be in breach of any existing agreements with JAVLN.
Referee Eligibility:
Must be a new JAVLN Officetech customer who has not been a JAVLN Officetech customer within the 12 months preceding the referral.
Eligible Product: the 10% discount is on standard monthly base subscription fees for Starter and Standard JAVLN Officetech plans, excluding onboarding and fees, additional users and data migration and is for a period of 12 months from the contract signing date.
Referral Process
Referrers must provide the Referee's business name and contact details to a JAVLN sales representative.
The Referee must mention the Referrer's name and the referral program when contacting JAVLN.
The Referee must enter into a new JAVLN Officetech subscription agreement during the Offer Period.
The referral must be logged with JAVLN at the time of the referee making contact.
Referrals logged retrospectively, either before or after the referee signs up, will not be accepted.
Once the referral has a signed contract, JAVLN will apply the offer to both parties and send a confirmation email to the referrer.
Discount Details
Both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a 10% discount on their respective JAVLN Officetech Starter or Standard subscription fees for a period of 12 consecutive months from the commencement date of the Referee's subscription.
The discount will be applied to the standard subscription price at the time of billing.
The discount ceases for both parties if the subscription lapses or is cancelled.
The discount cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
The discount will cease for both parties if the subscription is terminated.
Offer Period
The Programme is available from 9am (AEST) on 20 March 2025 until 5pm (AEST) on 31 March 2027 ("Offer Period"), unless otherwise changed by us.
Referrals must be made and the Referee's subscription agreement must be signed within the Offer Period to be eligible for the discount.
General Terms
JAVLN reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Referrers and Referees.
JAVLN may modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice. However, if a Referee has signed a contract prior to the termination of the programme, then the discount will be honoured.
JAVLN's decision regarding any aspect of the Programme is final and binding.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other JAVLN offer or promotion.
JAVLN will keep records of all referrals.
JAVLN will not spam or misuse the contact details provided by the referrer.
7. Privacy
JAVLN will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the JAVLN website.
By participating in the Programme, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Programme.
